Creating this catalog was a two year project and I could not have done it without help. First, I would like to recognize Sioux Levengood for her much needed assistance, which included many hours of legwork at the cemetery. I would also like to acknowledge Pat Dambacher, Judi Jones, and Karen McGettigan for proofreading and/or verifying information.
